We are often asked about our pricing and why we are so much more affordable than other catering software solutions. Here is the truth.

We do not price ourselves based on other event or venue management programs… we priced Function Tracker on other software as a solution products that we use ourselves… Basecamp, Xero, Mailchimp, Dropbox etc… all affordable products that make our work easier!

We are up front about our pricing because there is no reason to hide it, and there are no add on fees at any time… This includes unlimited users, unlimited events and access to our help desk at any time.

We also do not charge you for the initial set up, helping you upload your menus (if you need us to), or if you want us to help you train your staff… we just want to get you using our great catering software.
